Mr. Nuno Uinge has a deep understanding of the Mozambican government organisations and its cultures. He is highly experienced with central and provincial agency planning, business and non-government organisations, as well as a range of international aid agencies. Since 1994, Nuno Uinge has been involved in over 30 planning exercises in Mozambique, especially concentrating on strategic planning for government agencies.
