CBE Vietnam in Labour Outsourcing
On the 15th of June 2011 CBE Vietnam announces the expansion of the HRM services into the Labor Outsourcing activities. From July 2011, CBE Vietnam will discover this area full of opportunities through Thien Ha, a Trading and Service Company.
Thien Ha has been the local market leader in Vietnam for labor detachment services over the past seven years. Thien Ha currently provides more than thousands of trained employee to serve a large number of companies in Vietnam. Among them we find multinationals and large local companies i.e. American Standard, Amway, Shiseido, Ajinomoto, JC Jonhson & Son, Jabil, Crown, BAT, Thong Nhat Hospital and Vinamilk etc..
Vietnam is considered as an emerging market with a GDP growth of about 7% every year. A higher and higher demand of skilled employee is recorded but there is a shortage of supply, due to an underdeveloped VET system. Through this cooperation, CBE Group will also be able to, step by step, help enhancing the Vocational Education and Training area in Vietnam.
