our Rooms we make use of evidence-based methods, like Zenger | Folkman or Louis Allen.
Participants work actively in small groups of peers. Topics are closely related to the current social and economic developments in participant’s field of work. Focus is on leadership, innovation and good governance.
An important aspect of our programs is the ‘my challenge’ methodology. Participants identify their own personal development objectives aiming for personal growth as a leader and a positive impact on their organizations.
