Leadership Programs

 The Academica branch of CBE forms networks of leaders and managers who are driven by shared values and a common focus on the ever changing demands of society.  It is a Leadership Development Centre, in which experts are brought together in order to tailor make the process, maximising the achievements of the individual leaders. It is this process of Capacity Building that CBE carries out with successful results, via coaching, facilitation and guidance. Our Academy formula is based on the thought of social entrepreneurship in the (semi) public sector and focuses on the transformations needed to improve the legitimacy of the public sector and its performance. Within the Academica we offer several leadership programs for executives in the (semi) public sector (for example: housing, education, welfare, healthcare, local government). Since 2006, more than 100 executives (boards, managers, controllers,  HR-professionals and teams) have participated in such a program, which we normally call a “Room”. To be more specific:

  • On the level of Boards, we offer a Boardroom in the field of primary and secondary education;
  • On the level of management, we offer an Executive Room in the field of primary and secondary education;
  • On the level of HR-professionals, we offer the HR-Room in the field of primary and secondary education;
  • On the level of teamleaders, we offer the Team Rooms in the field of primary and secondary education;
  • On the level of control, in alliance with The Zijlstra Centre of the Free University, we offer the Controller Room;
  • In order to realise social entrepreneurship on the level of intersectoral cooperation, the Academica will soon start with a Intersectoral Room for Boardmembers and/or executives in education, local government, housing, welfare, healthcare etc.

 New in the range of instruments offered by CBE Group are:
