Strategy and Implementation

CBE delivers not only excellent strategic planning but we also help our clients to implement the changes. Each company is different; therefore we do not have a standard procedure to follow during the implementation. CBE’s consultants communicate and visit the client personally so that they have a direct sense of what the characteristics of the environment are. Once CBE studied and developed a plan we continue the communication for the whole period of the implementation process, so that the approach is practically tailored-made for each of our clients.

What is essentially difficult during the implementation of a strategic plan is to master systems thinking in order to coordinate a broad range of interconnected efforts aimed at transforming intentions into action, and taking care of the factors impeding strategy implementation.

CBE delivers numerous advices in the field of policy deployment: starting from a good analysis of the operations of an organization and asking at the bottom of this level to participate to policy definitions. Secondly, a strategic plan is defined by the top management but tailored-made for each level of the organization so that each employee can recognize the policy lines and their contribution to their definition. Finally, through this process, each employee is then asked to implement the strategic lines of the policy for the success of the entire reorganization. In this way the strategic process is sustainable and efficient.
