Each company is different; therefore we do not have a standard procedure to follow during the implementation. CBE’s consultants communicate and visit the client personally so that they have a direct sense of what the characteristics of the environment are. Once CBE studied and developed a plan we continue the communication for the whole period of the implementation process, so that the approach is practically tailored-made for each of our clients.

What is essentially difficult during the implementation of a strategic plan is to master systems thinking in order to coordinate a broad range of interconnected efforts aimed at transforming intentions into action, and taking care of the factors impeding strategy implementation.
